Taghit

Taghit is an oasis situated in south-western Algeria, in the Béchar region, on the edge of the Sahara. Surrounded by vast dunes of golden sand and lush palm groves, the town stretches along the Zousfana wadi. Its exceptional natural setting makes it a popular destination for Saharan tourism, particularly for lovers of the desert, hiking and unspoilt landscapes.

A fascinating destination situated on the edge of the Grand Erg Occidental. Nestled in the heart of a palm grove irrigated by an ancient traditional system of foggaras, the town is a veritable haven of greenery amidst the vastness of the desert. Beni Abess

Béni Abbès is an oasis situated in the heart of the Algerian Sahara, known for its exceptional natural setting and peaceful atmosphere, which attracts travellers in search of authenticity. Nicknamed the ‘White Oasis’, the town is built along the Saoura wadi and surrounded by golden dunes, lush palm groves and impressive rock formations.

Ghardaia

Ghardaïa, known as the capital of the M’Zab Valley, is a historic town in southern Algeria founded in 1048 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is distinguished by its traditional earthen architecture, perfectly suited to the Saharan climate, and by its unique urban layout organised around the ksar and the great mosque situated at the highest point of the town. EL Golea
